Alan Kippax moved from FIM to Fairway. He realized that despite the fact that he was giving product value to his customers; his income was going down as a distributor.  Alan Kippax believes that a good system could leverage the average performance of a company just like McDonald's.  It has focused its effort on spreading out stores around the world.  Some company wants full ownership and by doing that, they cannot expand fast because they need resources.  McDonald's did the other way around.  Alan Kippax closed Fairway and opened Treasure Island International where the system was… Distributors have to pass the Jolly Roger (the skull and crossbones flag) with a minimum of two keys (a key represent a sale) to open the Treasure Chest.  Everybody pays the Captain, and the Distributor or customer gets emeralds as the treasure.  (Softcopy.  Company History (22 years): Nov 1994 to July 2016, p. 4)

The best evaluation of any product that a company could receive is by word of mouth.  It is all over the world even in the UK.  These are testimonials by the product users themselves.   When your friends see in you the effects of the products you are taking, they just want to experience the same.  This could be a good advertising for the company providing the products.

Alan Kippax keeps on attending MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) seminars wherever he is in.  He is always updating himself on what is happening around the world.  While he was in the UK in 2015, he learned that the growth of MLM is 7.2% in the UK, 5.9% in the USA, 1% in Canada and in the Philippines 31.3%.  Yes, it is true.  How could this be?  Alan Kippax knew he had to fly to the Philippines to see it for himself and to learn more.  He had to know how the culture in the Philippines works and how the industry operates.
