Alan Kippax BIM and the Importance of Training Your Downline

Allan Kippax BIM defines downline as the people that you recruited into network marketing or MLM as well as those recruits of these people that you recruited.  They are the distributors selling the company’s products or services.  In a network marketing company, the building of your downline should create a continuous stream of income. According to Alan Kippax, it is each distributor’s job to find them, train them, and get them motivated to sell and recruit.

At Alan Kippax BIM and Homerun International or HRI, distributors are given valuable products to sell which have passed “Grandma Test.”  It means that even your Grandma can tell that the products from HRI have real and fair monetary value. Distributors are confident that the products at HRI are easy to sell. This is a good motivation for everybody, Alan Kippax says.  In addition to this, HRI believes in the “word-of-mouth” advertising.  HRI made sure that their products are of value and once people encountered them, they will surely have positive feedbacks.

Alan Kippax BIM Focus Areas on Training Downline:

    1.    Knowledge

Train your downline about your company’s products and services.  What product lines does your company offer?  What does each product provide?  How can these products improve the lives of those who purchase it?

      2.    Skills

Your Distributors need to hone their selling skills. Teach your downline how to sell and market the products.  You need to train them how to prospect for potential buyers and how to convert them into actual buyers. You also need to train your downline on the different methods and ideas of selling such as selling person-to-person or selling on the Internet.  Some companies have their own website that lets their distributors sell online while some companies let their distributors have their own website to sell their products.  If you do not know how to create a website, you can hire someone to create it for you.

    3.    Attitude

It is a fact that when you are a leader of a group, your members look to you with initial respect.  Network marketers are no exemption to that. You are their inspiration and source of information.  They come to the company always expecting that they are going to learn something from you today; and the next day; and the next after that.

Alan Kippax BIM Training for Downline Involves Action

What possibly can you do as a sales leader of your group to make it the best?  The answer to that question is challenging. For starters, you should be doing the following things according to Alan Kippax:

    1.    Model your prospecting

Show your downline your success stories about how were you able to create your own circle of distributors.  What exactly did you do to win their hearts?  What words did you use?  It is not so easy to talk to people so try to create your own script of success.

    2.    Model your leadership

There is a saying that goes “Walk your talk.”  If you want to teach your downline the importance of punctuality, then come to your office always on time or even before the time of your office hours.

    3.    Do not just abandon your group

Although you will keep on recruiting new buyers and distributors, there will be times when your existing downline will need your focus to help them with problems, motivation, important presentations, and projects. There are also times when these groups will have trouble; during times like this, they need you to motivate them. Nonetheless, it is important for you to communicate and stay connected to everyone in your group.

     4.    Model on how you cope up with stress

Sometimes, you might encounter certain levels of stress while trying to reach deadlines or sales goals.  It is important for you to show your downline how to gracefully deal with pressure. You need to have a positive outlook and focus on getting done what needs to be done.  You might want to show them how much fun it can be to meets challenges head-on.

Alan Kippax BIM cannot really stress enough the importance of training your downline. Your downline are your key people. They mobilize your network marketing business. Hence, they should be fully equipped; fully equipped with knowledge and support that are much needed for them to fully execute the needed tasks for the business to continuously grow.
